"I know I don't have much work experience with other companies but I have worked with another media before this and the difference is clear, the working environment was toxic ,it was more of a monarchy than a democracy,my boss once made a colleague work till few days to her pregnancy,and he has this thing where he would tell you one thing and do something else ,eg when my contract ended it was a situation that could have been renewed but he told me he and HR had a meeting and decided to end my contract ,a month later HR called to ask me why i quit without informing them and giving a notice ,after I told him,he stopped picking my calls ,while working for him,mind you our office is divided into offices ,so each part has its own boss ,so he was ours for podcast ,we could be working on a topic for the news that day and he would change the topic at last min or the hour of closing ,and our closing hours are flexible so we can be in the office till very late,we work Sundays and he won't let us work from home no matter what or how small the work,and our work is one that you can do from anywhere you don't have to be in the office ,he would expect to see us in the office ,he also had an issue with giving the old collges thier due titles ,he would go out and recuit people he can control and give them head positions in the office and claim they have better experience ,we would now have to start teaching them the work,this is just some to say the least"
