"Ipnx nigeria limited (PH branch). Here, i worked with them for 6 months. Cozy environment and friendly colleagues... My first day at the office. I was taken round the office by a senior intern. I was the only girl in the technical team. I had to be on my toes, so they wouldn't disregard me. I was already intimidated because of my school. They saw it like I was privileged enough to have to be there. Mind you( Private universities) students are always looked down on because they think our grading system is weak. Buy my direct boss, also graduated from a private university. So, we could relate. Truthfully I hated the fact, I was given preferential treatment because of my gender. Along the line they got a male intern to satisfy the position requirements. I didn't mind, I had to keep insisting to get myself assigned to the most difficult tasks at that time. So before my boss mentions the task, I would rise my hands with confidence to be incharge of it. Yes, he give it to me buy was still under a senior engineer supervision. It was really exciting especially going for field works. Experiences and aspirations were gained. So after my 6 months, they had told me to come back for nysc there. I told them, I would love to be I wanted to change (Abuja branch). I'm currently in my service year. I had applied to the company. But I got rejected by them. I was so bitter, because I had even done relocation to get myself to Abuja because of them. I was so frustrated. I went to submit my rejection letter and applied for a reposting. And NYSC gave me a cleaning services company in Wuse 2. I felt so belittled, but I believe God has a better plan for me."
