"Dear Boss, working with you was great. Since you usually bought us lunch. I did learn a lot under you. I feel like working there helped me grow and improve a lot both as a person and as a social media manager. It exposed my mind to the world of working class citizens. But. It was kinda difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The workload was a bit too much. It impacted my ability to recharge effectively or focus on school. I believe improving work-life balance could enhance the productivity and well-being of future employees. Also, I know I was still learning, but, I do hope I was able to add a iittle bit to the growth of your brand."
