"Where do I start from? It was called Secret Palace for a reason because a lot happened in secret there.The affluent night club is owned by the retired music legend; Sheyman. This man is a narcissist with a serious God complex. He would deliberately cause chaos amongst his staff so they can come running to him for solution. There's a lot that happened during my stay there but this story is the one that bugs me till today. There was this lady I worked with who was very beautiful and well behaved. Unfortunately she wasn't creating drama and anyone who knows Sheyman knows he thrives off drama, so he sought ways to get rid of her. However in order to sack her he needed strong reasons to do so. He then called one of his wealthy friends to go woo her with money and gifts with the intention of getting her to sleep with him. Poor girl was the breadwinner of her family and our salary was barely enough. .so she fell for the trick and eventually slept with this Sheyman's friend. After this happened, the friend reported back to Sheyman. You won't believe what this man did next. . He called a meeting of all of management, he also called that his friend too and there and then in the presence of about 20 people, he exposed in detail everything that transpired between the supervisor and his friend. He deliberately humiliated her and afterwards sacked her on the spot. I heard she was so depressed that she was checked into rehab after the incident. I too resigned shortly after."
